Pet Policy
Cats & Dogs are welcome! Pet rent is $35/pet per month. There is a one time $300 pet fee and $150 refundable deposit. Dogs must be under 100lbs for 1st floor units and under 50lbs for 2nd floor units. We do have a pet limit and breed restrictions – Please call the office for details.
